Southport Landlord Roadshow 14 November 2024

Northwood Estate Agents for Southport and Ormskirk areas are holding their first Landlord Roadshow in Southport on 14 November 2024. As well as presentations there will be a range of specialists on hand to discuss complex areas such as; Renters Reform Bill, Power of Attorney/Probate and the New Grounds of Possession.
The Heritage at Risk Officer for Sefton Council will be there to explain what Lord Street Living is and give you chance to ask any specific questions about the project.

The venue for the Roadshow is Waterfront Hotel, Promenade, Southport. Arrival is from 5.30pm with presentations starting around 6pm. You will then have a chance to get detailed advice from the experts there.
