Former department store, Grade II listed building with attached verandah.  A recent application was approved for reconfiguring the ground floor to create 4 separate units, however, there is a large amount of space to the floors above offering potential for a large conversion.

Given the listed status, retention and improvement of the Lord Street facade would be important in any proposals.  There is a deep plan composed of different extensions to the rear extending to Stanley Street so this may be an option for access to the upper floors.

The full amount of available or unused space is unknown.
