We want to improve our historic buildings and enhance the wider streetscape of the area, to remove the ‘at risk’ conservation status.
Community
Strengthening our streetscape will in turn improve our local amenities. As well as encouraging a sense of pride in our local area.
Environment
By regenerating existing buildings we will make a positive contribution to net zero targets, as no new infrastructure will be required.
Economy
This project will contribute to the local economy, as well as creating jobs by increasing footfall from both residents and tourists visiting the area.
